Football Pick'em and Survival Footall

A member of a couple of my fantasy leagues set up a group for the NFL Pick'em contest, and I set up groups for the College Pick'em contest and Survival Football (all on Yahoo). Sign-up information is as follows:

I set up the College Pick'em contest using confidence points to make it more challenging.

A final reminder. With the early game this week (Thursday night) anybody interested in Survival Football needs to sign up and submit their first week pick before kickoff.

10 people eliminated in Survival Football the first week. Most of them picked the Chargers or Colts.

Actually there are only five people still standing.

My highest confidence point pick for this weekend. Ball State over Western Kentucky.

Most points scored: Ball State.

Least points scored: Western Kentucky.

 

The contest has gotten more fun this week.

Survival Football has come to a stunning end. The Rams' shocking win over the Redskins took out all of the remaining players except for I'm Batman! (who barely survived due to the Vikings' close win over the Lions). Since there is still more than half the season remaining I'll reset the league over the next few days (after the final results have been made official) and we'll start a new contest next week.

I've reset Survival Football so we can start a new contest. People who missed it the first time can join now; same group ID and password as before (see first post in this thread).

I picked Texas Tech over Texas. Unfortunately I only gave it one confidence point.
