OZZIE GUILLEN: 1st year on the ballot…Played 16 seasons, 13 with the Chicago White Sox…Named to three All-Star teams (1988, ’90-’91)…Named the 1985 American League Rookie of the Year…Named AL Rookie Player of the Year by The Sporting News in 1985…Set White Sox fielding record with just 12 errors in 1985, leading AL shortstops in fielding (.980), marks he would best in 1996 (11 errors, .981)…One Gold Glove Award (1990)…Seven times finished in the top 10 in triples…Set major league record in 1996 with just 10 walks in 150 games…Led AL twice in at-bats per strikeout ratio…One career 5-hit game (July 9, 1987) and 18 career four-hit games…Six career postseason series, batting .273 (12-44) in 18 games…One World Series (1999) with Atlanta, going hitless in 5 at-bats.
