Cardinals Holding Back Reyes? (from Barrett thread)

Would any of you rather have Yadier Molina as your catcher instead of Barrett?

Meat & Potatoes makes a great point. Why does our organization continue to hold this guy back? Everyone outside of Carp and perhaps Mulder and Suppan, deserves a challenge from Reyes.

I think the Cardinals have done a good job with Reyes so far. Please explain.
