A lot of Vol fans are terrified at the thought of playing Florida this week. Honestly, though, I think we stand a good shot at winning.

The offense has been good to very good for six of eight quarters so far this season and the defensive players used much better form tackling Golden Eagles yesterday.

Also, Austin Rogers and Lucas Taylor have emerged as serious go-to threats for Ainge and, because of that, I think Erik can dissect the young Florida defense quite well.

It'll be interesting to see which setup works out better. Tennessee played two tough teams before Florida and the Crocs played two patsies.

Central Florida may give Texas more than they can handle.

Pitt vs Michigan St is always a funky game.

Georgia Tech vs BC is for the best team in the ACC imo.

USC with a week off before the Nebraska game, how do they do when they have a bye like that?

I'm impressed by both teams so far.

They lost to Texas in the Rose Bowl after a long break and lost to Oregon State after a bye last season.

That defense will eat up Keller, whether the game is in Lincoln or not.

HAHAHA, Cubbies75. I saw it even if you deleted it.

Go Bruins, don't make it as close as the BYU game.

And go Washington, USC, Oregon and Cal

We've got 2 more games and a bye week to get the defense going for conference play. I expect a big win this week over W. Michigan, in front of the home crowd for the first time this season.

WMU is supposed to be (for whatever it's worth) the best team in the MAC, so I'd expect them to put up a fight. Then again they lost to IU at home yesterday.

IU is much, much improved this year. They have a strong offense, especially passing.

I don't think I'd put L-ville/Kentucky down as a mismatch. It may end up that way, but it's no foregone conclusion, especially after Louisville's showing this weekend.

I'm curious to see if Nebraska pulls the same "give up the game to make sure we don't lose by 50" stunt in front of their fans like they did at USC last year.

Buffalo. OH NOES

Should we be worried?

This one isn't coached by Dick Jauron, so you might worry more than if you were facing the Bills.

I'm not expecting a 49-0 route, but I think we'll come out strong in front of the home crowd, hopefully the defense will play a complete game, and we'll come out with a nice W.

Plus this is a big game for both teams state wise. I wonder what the undre/over is going to be?

Heck, even when Tennessee plays Vandy it's a good rivalry game.

bama is gonna beat arkansas

I'm afraid of that. :( I don't think the Hogs will have trouble running whatsoever. I think they may have trouble stopping the pass, and passing when needed. If Marcus Monk is good to go, then I'm favoring the Razorbacks. If not, I'm worried until they prove I don't have to be.

Iowa State has been embarrassed at home by the Kent State Fighting Librarians and I-AA Northern Iowa.

They will redeem themselves in their fans eyes and piss me off by beating what should be a heavily favored Iowa team next week.
