Re: The General TV Thread

I know a lot of people like the "Parents" episode the most, but I really really liked "Nashville" and "Mornings", mostly because the comedic chemistry between Aziz and Noelle Wells is pretty spectacular. Plus those episodes have moments that are very relatable and were...

I once watched Stephen Curry score 41 for Davidson, while Blake Griffin had 25 and 21 for OU in a game. This tops that.

That was the greatest OU basketball game I've ever watched. Really hate losing that one, but I was expecting a 20-pt loss tonight.

Re: The Politics Thread

In a predictable turn of events, Donald Trump has made it in to an Al-Shabaab propaganda video with his remarks about muslims. $100 says that there's already a conspiracy theory that the Clinton's/Obama/CIA produced that video and fed it to Al-Shabaab. Another $50 that some of you will see this the...

In their defense, the people that come to small towns looking to build solar farms or wind farms have an air about them similar to the guy that sold Springfield the Monorail. The rest of this sounds like a Pawnee town meeting. maybe in some places. there's a bunch of wind farms near my home town (~...

Haven't heard much. Kinda have to expect the Dodgers to be in on him given how the pitching market shook out for them. Didn't Jocketty say the Cardinals were going to focus on pitching as well? I'm not sure Jocketty is the guy to talk to about the Cardinals. If you wanted to know what it would take...

I just finished a play through of FFVII on my PC this week. I said for a long time that FF6 was best, but I now have changed my mind. There was a lot of depth to the story and the world that I didn't notice the first time.

Is it just me or has there been more generation-baiting articles lately? It's like the baby boomers started giving millenials turnip juice, and the millenials started to complain about it.

It's probably going to take a celebrity, politicians ...
