I will say Perez had a good day. but unless either baker stops using macias to pinch hit or all of the sudden macias turns in ROD F@#$(%@ CAREW IM GOING TO HAVE A BLOW OUT. grrrrrrrrrrrrr its great to see sisco start to develop inot the pitcher we all thought he sould become, but not in THAT royal blue uni I can understand Hendry's take on the rule 5, but htis could seriously backfire on us. it could have motivated him TOO much. heres hoping sisco comes back...........

[bragging]I just received a phone call from a buddy who has some tickets for next Tuesday's game and offered one to me. While the opposing team is an uninspiring San Diego squad, the seats are allegedly the new ones behind home plate. Thus, I will be able to counsel Dusty on his moves for one game....

L/R strategy is conventional wisdom, that the lefty will pick the ball up better vs. a righty, and vice versa. However, when you have a lefty who cannot hit right handed pitching(Macias, Perez) and a righty who can (Hairston), it doesn't make sense to play the L/R matchup. or if that bench player i...
