How much of a disappointment was it going from being called up to the majors in 2005 to being removed from the 40-man roster during the offseason? And have the Cubs given you any indication of what they want from you in order to make it back to the majors?

Thanks for coming on to answer some questions! What tips would you give to a smaller sized hitter to be a successful hitter? What types of OF drills do you do to improve yourself?

Good luck this year!

Thanks for coming back to answer our questions, Adam.

How do you feel about going back to West Tenn to play? What was the organization's reasoning for keeping you in AA, when you have clearly shown that you can play there and are pretty close to the majors?

Also, did you have a chance to leave the organization for another team after being removed from the 40-man roster? If so, what made you stay with the Cubbies?

Adam,

What are your thoughts on this year's D-Jaxx compared to last year's team?

What was it like to be with the Cubs? Did any of the veterans pull any ribs on you? Were you really as nervous as you seemed when the cameras caught you in the dugout?

Adam,

What are your goals/timetable for this year? Do you plan on trying to stick with the DJaxx for the whole season up until September or would you like an appearance in Iowa before you, hopefully, get called up?

Good luck throughout this season!
