He pulled up lame and was limping around third. Why can't you and McCarver see that?

It was what he was doing before he hit third that was the problem. Once he rounded the bag, he was actually trying. Before that, though, he thought he was going to be able to walk home.

Holy s***, McCarver is a bigger idiot than Joe Morgan. It's got nothing to do with his slide into second you moron.

There isn't a rule that says you have to run home even if you have a bad hamstring no matter what.

If Jacque Jones does anything possibly good here I'll be amazed.

Jacque Jones isn't the worst baseball player in the league. Its not even close.

But it certainly looks liek he tries to be.

Jones is an abomination to Cubdom.

Worst ABs ever.

I predict 4-3.
Madly in love with on-base percentage.

Not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel this season.

Argh!

Hitting with runners on is NOT this team's problem. The Cubs are batting .274 with runners on, which is third best in the league (and barely behind second place San Diego's .275).

These announcers are morons.

He needs to go. He never even has good AB's, let alone gets a hit.
