Barristan
Mance
Balon Greyjoy
Catelyn (kinda)

Conversely, the show writers have stated that The Hound is actually dead (not sweeping out castles on the east coast waiting for Brienne to run into him)

When? He was supposedly spotted on set.

I'm looking for it. Don't remember where I read it. The actor definitely played it coy at one of the comic con Q&A's

Even if the showrunners said he was dead, why would even consider believing them? That's like believing the writers that took over for Abrams on Lost when they said there was a plan for ending the show. They will lie through their teeth if they think it buys them any kind of cred or adds to surprise/shock.
And who, according to Showalter, best exemplifies high-buttedness? Cubs first baseman Derrek Lee. "I don’t want to say he’s got a perfect butt, but when I look at it I say, Wow."

Balon? I can't see that. Barristan is likely though. Stannis may not die the way he just did, but I do not see how he can survive unless he is the final one to sit the throne, and that is not happening.

Sorry, Balon is dead in the books and alive in the show, so that was a mistake.

I did forget Shireen.

Scratch Randyll Tarly off the list of possibilities for Ian McShane, as this guy is going to be him

Did the first blackfish die? I liked him in that role.

One more person dead in the show and alive in the books: Myrcella.

Anyway, McShane as Blackfish? Love the Jaime/Blackfish scene at Riverrun.

I know, I just was wondering if presenting a drawing without comment was supposed to have some other meaning to it other than, "here's dunk and egg".
