This past Sunday’s Fargo episode had one of the best deaths I’ve ever seen on basic cable.

Re: The Politics Thread

How far can this really go? If the electoral college votes and Biden wins, can Trump really just refuse to leave?

What’s the next step for Dems? Army? National Guard? Declare victory and set up shop somewhere besides the White House and get to work?

Re: The Politics Thread

In retrospect I’m glad this election lasted as long as it did. It was stressful at times, but it’s been a hell of a lot of fun following along with you good people, refreshing Twitter, and texting my friends. Each time a state would turn blue, or go from light red to light blue, I was jumping up and...

Re: The Politics Thread

can we now admit that tuesday evening was horsefeathering terrifying? I was actually looking forward to it, then it started and it was like "oh my god, why the horsefeathers was I so confident about this" There was a period of 2-3 hours where it felt *exactly* like 2016. And you keep tryi...

Re: The Politics Thread

I would be lying if I said the rhetoric from Republican leaders didn’t make me nervous. At best they are stringing along the militant base. Meh. All they're doing is yammering about "counting every vote." Let 'em count horsefeathers as much as they want; it's not changing. https://frinkia...

Re: TV thread

New show started on Friday on HBO - 'How to with John Wilson'. I think the easiest way to sell it is to say that Nathan Fielder is a producer on it, and if that interests you I think you'll like it (based on the 1 episode out so far). This show is gloriously insane and I love it. Episode one was “h...

Re: The Politics Thread

A few weeks ago a really cute girl moved into the apartment next to mine. I hadn’t talked to her yet, I’d seen her through the peephole. Don’t judge me, I have a social phobia. This morning I was celebrating, listening to Lovely Day by Bill Withers and she was playing America the Beautiful. I figure...

thanks for the updates. you guys ever think it’s weird that a bunch of libtard socialist freedom haters are giving each other up to the minute election updates on a chicago cubs message board? CNN still hasn’t called Arizona. Am I missing something there? Seems like everyone called them last night.
