Re: TV thread

I finished the 3rd season of Goliath on Prime last night. I really liked the first 2 seasons and this one was fine, but man were there a lot of weird, time filling psychedelic detours that really didn't add much to the story. Season one seemed to hit the sweet spot between what I usually like watch...

Well that was a nice little performance in West Lafayette tonight. This Illinois team is really good when they’re hitting shots and I really like the defense and rebounding.

Ankle still not 100%. Cool, cool. Probably gonna hear they finally got around to doing to proper scan in spring and found out he needs a procedure and their rest and run rehab didn’t work. https://twitter.com/mdgonzales/status/1217964816758984705 https://twitter.com/mlbastian/status/121796573701024...

Re: NFL Playoffs: Wildcard Round

Not sure where to put this, but this is probably the best place. Luke Kuechly retired. It's suck for a guy to see awesome players like him, Willis, Gronk, etc. to retire so early, but it's the right decision. Saw the headline, has he been hurt? Or just trying to get out of the NFL alive? He missed ...

Yes, “too big, too hard, leave it as is....” Its also the Buttigieg campaign slogan You misunderstand me. https://twitter.com/Ken_Rosenthal/statuses/1215430292409929728 Doesn't move the needle much either way. Like TT said Liberatore is a nice prospect, but nothing crazy, and then Martinez and Arozarena are nice complimentary guys who fit a little better in Tampa. Martinez is terrible in the field but ...

That was a touchdown https://i.ibb.co/1RzFPqL/8-D7-EF829-60-EF-434-D-8-D64-AF7-C3-CC8068-C.gif I assume you’re talking about the second half kickoff? If we’re going to be sticklers, technically it should have been called an illegal forward pass if the ball is going to be considered live.

My girlfriend's idiot dog (he's great but is a rescue and is hyper food motivated) didn't get put in his crate before they left the house yesterday afternoon and when I got there he immediately bolted for the basement, which told me he had gotten into something. This moron at half an 8x8 pan of fudg...

Re: 2019-20 Offseason Rumors/General Chit-Chat

For a team with no money, they sure have wasted money on all of these ridiculous signings. They've spent maaaaaaybe $6-7 million give or take on like a dozen players and most of that is non-guaranteed. It's not wasted in a few ways: so much $/WAR potential, more MiL options, and all that non-guaran...

This is less nightmarish than most things in this thread, but who are these invalids that are unable to keep a piece of gum in their mouths while taking a leak? There has been gum in 75% of the urinals at work every day for the last 2 weeks.
