5:07pm: Righty Andrew Moore is among the players going to Tampa Bay, per Tim Brown of Yahoo Sports (via Twitter). Tommy Romero is also in the deal, Ryan Divish of the Seattle Times tweets.

I was gonna say "Luke Farrell of all people?" but Mills and Tseng haven't looked great in Iowa so far and they want a longman in the pen and probably wanna see what they have in son of John (otherwise just call up Zastrysny).
