Re: Politics & Current Events

I feel REALLY lucky that I come from parents who each have 5 siblings, all still alive, and yet out of the gigantic families that emerged from that mess there's really only a grand total of 3 people who have brutally bad politics that they swing around like a cudgel from time to time, and even then...

Re: Politics & Current Events

I'm lucky in a way that my dad really has a strong tendency for some really far out political opinions, but hates Trump still. Could have gone the other way. I think he's actually gotten more liberal in his old age, but he's just a little all over the map honestly. Would probably love a return to th...

Re: 2019 NBA Offseason

The Bulls probably don't deserve their own offseason thread at this point so: Bulls may be considering Sekou Doumbouya which would the kind of high risk/reward they really haven't taken since Tryrus. Or they may just go Hunter if he falls, which would be a very Bulls pick. Insert some extra Hawks tr...

Re: 2018-19 NBA Thread

This offseason is going to be horsefeathering bonkers isn't it? -KD and Klay both can be FAs, but both have injuries that will likely keep them out most or probably all of next year. How will the bidders be effected by this? Will KD opt in? -All those teams that think they are close will obviously ...

Asst GM is just a weird title in football in general. Most teams seem to have just embraced the "Director" titles.

What does he actually do?

Also, for those actually running for pres, there's plenty of fundraising rollover they can actually do right? Abrams, or others without a pres campaign are perhaps the only really curious cases, if that's the case.
