Re: Guess what an idiot with a gun did this time

Here in Alabama, the stupidest state, a 72 year old substitute teacher was carrying a pistol in his pocket while teaching 1st grade. Well, he dropped it out of his pocket and it went off in the classroom. Luckily, no child was killed. And? Is he still a sub? He obviously was promoted to full time t...

I really liked Chuck Todd at the time he took over Meet The Press but good lord is he awful. I unfortunately caught that whole segment while I was at the gym on Sunday. It was the interview equivalent of a coupe of boring weirdos rubbing mayonnaise on each other's faces. I saw the whole interview t...

Dayton or Davidson most likely teams to take advantage

Go Billikens!

Its only every few years I have a real shot at a rooting interest at March Madness.

Hell yea. What an awesome comeback. Started 0-10 I think from the field.

I'd rather do the automatic baserunners thing that everyone just arbitrarily hates off hand than have horsefeathering ties. Watching a game for hours and having no winner and loser is so horsefeathering unsatisfying. Have a bat flip contest at the end scored by impartial judges based on originality...

Re: Chicago Bears offseason

Sounds like Ted Larson is back with the Bears. Should be a solid interior backup. Still bringing in a Witzman type as additional depth would be good too. Feels like they'll mostly use all the cap clearing to spread around depth holes. I'm counting basically 10 53 man spots they still need to cover. ...

Re: Chicago Bears offseason

I'm not super versed in the workings of the cap, but in the Athletic today they laid out that the Bears only have $14.4 left after obvious resignings/renewals and whatnot. Bell would take up essentially all of that I think. Is he worth basically being forced to replace Amos and Callahan with day 3 ...

Re: Chicago Bears offseason

Bears sign Mike Davis Hmm after getting hyped by the names mentioned that seems underwhelming. Still 4.6 YPC last year and 34 receptions last year in a running back by committee I would say he could just as easily be a Cunningham of Mizell replacement, but he also signed pretty quickly so maybe thi...

i dunno i can get into the Bears signing Bell. I'm also not against an Ingram signing and running with Ingram-Cohen as Ingram-Kamara Lite for a year or two I mean Bell would be a great fit but I am not versed enough with the Bears present and future cap room to say its a good or bad move. At the ve...

Best pace of play change is to shorten the commercial breaks. If every team has to become the Chicago TD Ameritrades or whatever to make up the lost ad revenue, so be it.

Solid start to the offseason....Osemele’s massive, talented, often really good, and at 30 hardly old for a guard. I like this much better than paying Saffold

Hardly old is still old.
