Exactly; Newcastle were horrendously bad but Spurs failed to put the game away, thus setting themselves up for being robbed by a fluke penalty at the very end.

The Belgian government just decided that masks will be mandatory in all shops (and churches and a number of other places) from next Saturday. From what I've read here, this wouldn't fly in the US. I still don't see that much optimism unfortunately :( I hate to make matters worse, but studies here in Belgium indicate the % of the population with antibodies is going down (from 6.9% in may to 5.5% in june - our peak was in april).
