Shut up; the Cubs already fired Joe and hired Razor Shines instead. This is MUCH more interesting.

Girardi just doesn't seem like the type of guy Theo would hire. And if they did, why not just can Maddon now and put Girardi in. Sounds like a bunch of nothing to me.

Girardi cons: he'd probably make everyone get harsh short haircuts that he'd give himself.

Girardi pros: too many of the Cubs have terrible haircuts, so this is likely actually an upgrade.

That was a joke.

During a "Not For Women Only" panel discussion, former Cubs pitcher Mike Bielecki asked several players to invent a baseball catch phrase for Viagra. Theriot's ad campaign: "Viagra -- I always play hard."

I know, I was referring to the sports radio people who think this actually might happen

The Cubs’ transaction list under Epstein and Hoyer reads like a work of fiction, a wish-fulfillment list composed in hindsight.

I'm pretty sure that if you're making a show based out of the world of 90's/early 2000's skateboarding, you have to actively TRY to only cast something, like, 30 white dudes.

Big Brother has definitely aged even worse than old issues of Vice; it's kind of a minor miracle that it didn't spawn its own Gavin McInnes or two.

Skateboarding? I thought that show was based out of the world of small town meth dealers.

i mean, half of it is super cringey lame gross-out humor that didn't age well, while the other half is hilarious and brilliant physical comedy that will always be funny and never age, like buster keaton and charlie chaplin.

so, 5 is your answer

What kind of backwards world is this where Jackass is considered funnier than Jon Lovitz?

I think I was the only one hating on Jon Lovitz, and I made no comment on Jackass, so not sure which world you are referring to.

I watched some Critic episodes like 4 years ago and I was stunned at how unfunny it was...apart from Duke, who is still hillarious.
