2013 Draft Order - need clarification

why the [expletive] do we do this based on the standings as of 7/31 again?

To speed up the process of tanking on purpose?

btw - can you sort out what the actual order is? I need to figure out whom to bribe to get the #1 pick to go with #2. :D

Did we ever clarify the draft order?

We should probably get this figured out asap

First, has the league never had a tie-breaker for draft position? That seems unlikely. Why doesn't it just carry over?

 

Second, is this still the rule? So that if you would rather have a sandwich pick (last and first) than say the 2nd to last pick in the first round, you could choose that draft position?

 

From the Rules sticky: "Draft position will be chosen by the players in the reverse order of the standings (ie if you finish last, you get first choice as to what position you want to draft in)."

I think we did that once and everyone picked in order so we never bothered again.

Isn't it just head to head and then total points scored?
