I'm not sure who usually does this, but it looks like nccf did it last year, so I'll take a stab. Based on standings as of 7/31 and H2H matchups as tiebreakers, I came up with the list below. But there are a couple of groups that I don't know to order.

1. Calvinball

2. NSBB

3. Theocracy

4. Ron Washington's Dealers

5. Eyes of Texas (beat Dealers h2h)

6-8

---- 8/9 teams

Alamo Stealth (beat Sock It wk 1; beat Lynx wk 2; 4054 PF; 4234 PA)

Lynx (beat Alamo wk 17; 4031 PF; 4049 PA)

Sock It Thome (beat Alamo wk 16; beat Lynx wk 7; 2945 PF; 4159 PA)

---

9. Mighty D-Block

10-13

--- 10/7 teams

Quakers

Socia's Tragic Illness

Toots

HBC

----

14. Kid Rodelo

15. Sanitizers (beat kid in both h2h)

16. Bazingas

why the [expletive] do we do this based on the standings as of 7/31 again?

To speed up the process of tanking on purpose?

Tanking? In this league?!? 8-[

So I take it that Chuck's win against me is going to stand even though you have taken points from him in other matchups for being over the roster limit. Seems fair to me. :-"

I'm guessing this will change next year, mr commish?

btw - can you sort out what the actual order is? I need to figure out whom to bribe to get the #1 pick to go with #2. :D

Did we ever clarify the draft order?

We should probably get this figured out asap

First, has the league never had a tie-breaker for draft position? That seems unlikely. Why doesn't it just carry over?

Second, is this still the rule? So that if you would rather have a sandwich pick (last and first) than say the 2nd to last pick in the first round, you could choose that draft position?

From the Rules sticky: "Draft position will be chosen by the players in the reverse order of the standings (ie if you finish last, you get first choice as to what position you want to draft in)."

I think we did that once and everyone picked in order so we never bothered again.

Isn't it just head to head and then total points scored?

This is what's listed on the league site:

Standings Tiebreaker -Ties in the standings are resolved in this order: Winning Percentage, Head to Head Record, Division Record, Total Points, Points Against (Schedule Difficulty).

can we update the draft order? and what date is it again? I need to plan a sick day for it.

A sick month, you mean?

I've now worked 100.5 hrs of comp time since Jan 1, so yes I mean month.

sorry, new guy syndrome.

Unless we are changing things up this year, you will not need to take a sick day. We will allow the draft to extend over several days.

Adam, am I correct?

yeah, we'll do the extended draft. it's impossible to get a time that works for everybody.
