horsefeathers, it's not even that; it's him and Ski basically bragging about how they're a couple of ogres who love [expletive] all over kids who believe in Santa Claus.

They wrapped themselves in this cloak of “I’d never lie to MY kids” which is so insanely naive, even for blockheads like Da Bum

The Cubs’ transaction list under Epstein and Hoyer reads like a work of fiction, a wish-fulfillment list composed in hindsight.

"Trust me, I'd be doing them a big favor by crushing their childhood fun!"

Maybe he was just bitter after his own dreams were crushed and he discovered that nacho cheese dispensers don't actually create nacho cheese.

My own amusement is primary among the reasons for lying to my son.

How is he not dead:

I have expanded my horizons. I rarely eat at those places anymore. The only times I do order from a chain is for convience. I was home alone and felt like pizza and didn't want to spend a fortune so I got Pizza Hut. Didn't even plan on breadsticks but she said they had a deal to get a 2 liter and breadsticks for 5 bucks.

Why? I was getting a 2-litter anyways because I hadn't had any coke in a week or so and was sick of apple juice and gatorade. The 2-liter was 2.50 so I was getting breadsticks for 2.50.

Yeah, come on, guys; he had been real regimented just sticking to apple juice and Gatorade for an entire week. It's time to cut loose and have some damn sugar with a whole 2 liter of Coke!

Oh man, I forgot that that thread also gave us this:

How much I tipped the guy is a mute point in this because we are talking about if I had gone out and gotten a 2-liter and instead of paying $2.50 would I have saved money. I answer is no.

TIM, WHY DID YOU EVER BAN HIM.

Remember when he was moving to the big city, and he lived in new orleans and parked cars at a casino for like 4 months

I was doing the whole, "trying to not burst out laughing in the office to the point it looks like I'm crying" thing.

According to my parents, who apparently asked neighbors and such, it is a northern thing to have nacho cheese sauce with breadsticks.

HEY MA, GO ASK THE NEIGHBORS IF THEY PUT CHEESE SAUCE ON THEIR STICKS. LET ME KNOW.

Am I the only one who instinctively looks to see how many hearts some of these posts got, only to be disappointed by the lack of the "heart" feature?

Also, think of how many more of these amazing threads we would have had over the years had the Mod-Nazis not taken away this national treasure of a human being
