Marlins agree to stop stealing money

It's kind of interesting that something like that is discussed, but it's also kind of meaningless. So they agree to spend more as they lead up to the new stadium opening, I'd bet they were going to do that anyway. And despite concerns that they weren't trying, they performed almost exactly in-line with the ever expanding payroll Cubs the last seven years, not that this has ever been discussed before.
