I graduated in 95...I've never been to a high school reunion and I don't have any regrets at all about that. Anyone from high school that I care about knowing anything about, I keep in contact with on my own. Zero FOMO here.

Eh nothing like that. Certainly no girl-who-got-away and I'm on facebook so I know all the cute ones have long been married.

I went to the 10 year and had a great time but have had a falling out with my high school friends since then. I just feel like an anti-social loser who let some possibly awkward moments stop me from probably having a good time (and maybe rekindling a relationship or two).

I we t to my ten year high school, but skipped 20 and 25, and attended neither my 10 nor 20 year college reunions (though DePaul didn’t do a great job of advertising those)

I, too, didn't go to my 20 year reunion this past weekend. I fell ill though, which sucks because I bought a ticket and everything. Oh well.

Yeah, the whole school reunion feels like one of those things that's going to die out pretty quickly now that it's so easy to keep in touch with people.

I think it actually makes it easier to schedule and get people to attend the reunion. One phone call or letter is easy to ignore, not so much 100s of people posting about it, posting old HS pics, etc.

I didn't regret my decision until this morning when I saw all the fun everyone was having without me! :-O

I think 29 of the 96 people I graduated with actually went to the reunion. I didn't miss a thing.

I stay in touch with the like two people I went to HS with who I can still stand and I just go visit them occasionally. No desire to see everyone else.

It would make more sense for me to attend reunions for the classes immediately below & above mine. My class was weird; not close with each other for the most part.

I skipped my 10 year because I had to work a job filming BTS footage of a massive music festival and got to hang around various bands and Bob Zamuda instead and hear stories about Andy Kaufman, which was pretty neat.

Also, I went to a tiny private school and graduated with like 45 people. There was a total of maybe 12 people at the reunion. I didn't miss much.

I went to HS with a bunch of people my wife grew up with and still keeps in touch with, though she went to a different HS than I did (and we met in college). So she was more interested in going to my HS 10 year than I was. We didnt end up going, but there was at some a distinct possibility we were going to go so that she could hang out with her grade school friends that she has dinner with once a month anyways. And all like 3 people I keep in close touch with wouldn't have been there.

I've never gone, but in a class as small as mine, going back home means I run into 75% of them anyway

Same. I’ve also been dropping them on Facebook bit by bit as they are either insufferable or boring or both

In my little town I grew up in our class was very close and we still are, but since Trump the tight group has gotten a lot smaller. It's hard to explain, but a lot of us are like family. Many of my friends go and visit my dad since my mom died. Our class reunions are fun, but I wouldn't say they are well attended. I also think class reunions mean more to people who left than they do to people who stayed.

My prevailing memory from my 10-year high school reunion was that the nerdy kids, art kids, band kids and theatre kids had all graduated from college and/or were finishing grad school/doctorate work, many had married and started families, and all had good jobs. The "popular" kids were mostly floating through life, going out 4 or 5 times a week, hated their jobs, and had no relationship prospects.

Guessing they all fell right back into their cliques at the reunion? At least that's how I imagine these things go.

Yep, with the popular kids being the ones who drank the most and made asses if themselves.

I went to my 20 year grade school reunion this year, and a guy started screaming at my girlfriend about Trump.
