Yeah, what pressure is there really for him to withdraw? The GOP sure isn't gonna pressure him. The President isn't. And once he's in, he's in.
Disagree that McConnell, et al, won't pressure him to withdraw. It's the least bad of all their options, and might even light a fire under their base in November to ensure that a Conservative is confirmed. If they continue to support him they'll probably still not have the votes to confirm AND alienate women even more than they already have and further ignite the Left. Monday is going to get ugly for Kavanaugh, one way or the other. Their best bet is probably to nominate a new ultra Conservative and tell their base that the only way to confirm him is to go vote.
