It is quite the horsefeathers state. I turned in my ballot yesterday. My polling place was the same but how ironic is it that urban areas are the ones being restricted.

I like Evers but he hasn't been as aggressive as other govs.

Just a little taste of what might come in November on a national level

I don't think we can extrapolate this case to November.

The irony of SCOTUS ruling remotely to force voters to show up to the polls

Actively shutting down/limiting polling places in known blue cities/counties? The hell you say...

I'm surprised it took him this long to hire her. She's been a bought and paid for shill for him for 4 years. I was thrilled when CNN finally stopped asking her to come on

I'm at a loss for words at just how brazen he's been with being so open and obvious about how he literally doesn't give a horsefeathers about anything or anyone.

I don't see Biden making it to the finish line (his health, physical and mental, is a huge concern), so Bernie (or Pete or whoever) may end up back in the fold

Saw some rumblings that Elizabeth Warren might be tapped as a Biden's VP choice which would make me a lot more comfortable voting for him, given his health status like you said. But I'm unsure how much truth there is to that rumor, her policies seem to be way outside his spectrum and given some new sexual assault allegations against him I don't see her ignoring that for the opportunity to be VP.

That said, given how bad Trump is bungling this and how many of his supporter base are going to become victims to his outright and very public incompetence, Biden might stand to pull a chunk of his voter base away when this whole thing unravels provided he doesn't lose his horsefeathering marbles. If Covid-19 never happened, I don't know that I would feel confident in saying that. It's so messed that people would literally need to die for them to maybe turn their backs on Trump, but hey... here we are.

Yeah, these candidates always say they're "suspending" their presidential campaigns. I've yet to hear of a suspended campaign that was restarted or rebooted in my lifetime.

Obviously, with Biden there is a real concern here that something goes awry. That would be a horsefeathers way to get the nomination.

If you guys are mad now, wait until you find out that Trump comes out of the entire pandemic with a political tie at worst because the worst-case scenarios that needed to be broadcast to force him to react also give him an extremely easy bar to pass under and declare victory.
