It's "undecided voters" that don't exist. Or, more generally, "people who sometimes vote R and sometimes vote D, depending on blah blah blah". I don't know a single person who does that, and neither does anyone else
It's rare, but my parents are in that group. Both my mom and dad have voted for Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama, and then Trump. My parents hated HRC is the main reason why they voted for Trump. That and Trump is a "businessman/can't be as corrupt as all these career politicians/actually cares about the people/America" is what they told me why they voted for him which just made me LOL at that time. My mom is going to vote for Biden this fall. She has very slowly realized just how bad Trump is as president that she can't vote for him again. Dad, on the other hand, is full blown on the Trump/MAGA train.
I have a few friends that are around my age (35) who voted Obama and then Trump. Like my parents, they were not a fan of HRC. I expect most (if not all) of them to vote for Biden from what I've heard the last few times I talked to them.
