He liked to party, that much was clear from his days at Yale, but, cool enough to hang out with? No, never struck me as one who'd be interesting to talk to, did not see him as very bright although, next to Trump he looks like Richard Feynman. I'll give GW credit though, he knew what Trump was from the very start. Obama would be cool to hang with, there's so much more content.

I'd bet good money that more than one proven working vaccine exists by the end of the year.

Of course, that's why he put it like he did, and not something, like, "we'll have a vaccine for anyone who wants/needs it by the end of the year."

Fox has to take Tucker off the air. I mean they don't have to, but they should.

Well, Trump said something to the extent of the results of his term are obvious and now, father, is talking about making America great again?

I assume you're referring to this horsefeathers. Then again, it could be any number of things.

Heard the shooter' mother drove him to Kenosha, truly unbelievable, something from which no good could result. They've no excuse, no defense, they had one and only one motive - shoot at a crowd of predominately black people.

In general wow, most especially the second from last paragraph -
https://www.cnn.com/2020/08/25/opinions/why-support-trump-opinion-jones/index.html

i know the RNC has been nothing more than a [expletive] for Trump but, it amazes me that a black man would willfully give such a ridiculous and ignorant speech.

obviously there is a lot of depressing stuff out there and i shouldn't really be surprised, but i'm kind of shocked how normalized it is that a 17 (!) year old was allowed/encouraged to roam the streets of a town he doesn't live in with an assault rifle in the name of protecting windows at an arby's. and he straight up killed two people.

Sure, he killed two people to protect a business, but that's not the only thing he does! Look, he spends most of his time not killing people!

Why/how would you possibly need this explained.

there are ongoing debates about whether he acted in self-defense, detailed accounts of what happened, who did what when and how he reacted and how this guy did X and this other guy did Y.

i have seen more of that type of stuff than "HOLY horsefeathers A CHILD DEPUTIZED HIMSELF AS DIRTY HARRY OF A RANDOM TOWN AND ROAMED THE STREETS WITH AN ASSAULT RIFLE, MURDERING TWO PEOPLE."

I dont pay attention to sub-humans like Carlson Tucker, so if thats who you are referring to, I do completely miss the reference.

sorry, I should have said "only to heathens, racists and fox news worshipers" or anyone who can't see this 17 year old [expletive] being for who he is. I wasn't intending to blame or point you out

It's funny how I used to largely ignore this thread because I came here for the sports. Now I come here mostly for this because so many horsefeathers up things in this country have made me not care about sports. Thanks, GOP.

Even the athletes hardly care about the sports now!

That's the face of a kid who has a calendar marking down the days until he's old enough to apply for the police academy. Shoulda waited a few years to murder a protestor, then he would've gotten away with it

I'm almost positive that there are manifestos out there (prob destroyed by his mom) of this kid going on some sort of school rampage. He's the profile of a mass murderer.

I just saw a blurb on twitter that he was denied entry into the Marine Corps after an initial evaluation. The Marine Corps takes everyone, almost.
