What is this Pence Card people are talking about on Twitter? Something about today being the deadline for him to reject illegal electoral ballots?

I know its some far flunged scenario these morons are holding onto, but just curious to understand what it is as I hadn't heard of this before.

That was one of the "saner" explanations I could find in a few minutes of searching trending posts for "Pence Card". Most other people in support of whatever it is they think Pence can do to reverse the election results are bat [expletive] crazy.

The short version is that there are a couple of administrative duties that Pence and his office have to do with regards to the electoral college vote, and "Pence Card" covers a variety of schemes in which he uses those to reject the electoral votes of various states, leaving no candidate with 270 votes and sending it to the House, where they vote by state delegation and Trump would likely win unless republicans suddenly developed a sense of morality (they wouldn't.)

The popular version yesterday was based around an old law from the 19th century when getting the electoral votes to the capital was a non-trivial undertaking. If the government didn't have the certificates from a state by the fourth wednesday in December (yesterday), the VP is supposed to let that state know that he hasn't gotten their horsefeathers yet so could you please send it again.

The loonier sections of the internet interpreted this as Pence being able to say yesterday "Well, I don't have any legitimate certificates from these states because all their elections were illegitimate" and that somehow this would mean the states would have to appoint new electors via the state legislature because they couldn't just send the forms again or something.

Since midnight yesterday has come and gone, they've moved on from that, and are now focusing on Jan. 6 when Pence will preside over the joint chamber to certify the electoral votes. They imagine that since Pence is at the gavel for that meeting, he can just not present the electors from any state he wants and their votes wouldn't be counted, or he can present the votes from the fake elector slates instead and force Congress to reject them in both Houses or else they stand. He doesn't actually have the power to do either of those things, but Trumpists are notorious for imagining that being the person in charge comes with completely unfettered power.

In order for some of these effects to take place one would have to cast a Republican vote however, Republicans are being urged not to vote. The classic proof by contradiction being attempted, truly brilliant, gotta hand to those guys.
