Maybe, just maybe, after the GOP completes their nonsense and the election is finally put to bed, we'll see Trump, Don Jr., etc. ignored and focus put upon the real issues. He's 13+ days left, would be awesome if he's completely ignored, long time coming.

yeah, i thought it was pretty wild that he was seemingly admitting there were undocumented workers at these places that they were making no effort to kick out of the country.

Why would garland give up a fairly low key lifetime appointment (I think?) to take that job? I guess political ambition...

Dude is almost 70, and he'll be entering higher risk for death territory when then next Republican president is in office. He can work for 2-3 years as an AG and then retire, while allowing Biden to fill his seat with a younger judge.

Yeah, I guess I didn't even think about that. It is going to take a long time to feel comfortable seeing groups of people together again.

you and me both. i catch myself doing that when i watch TV shows and movies. i don't think it'll take THAT long for normal to feel normal again (whenever that may be) but it's def going to feel strange and uncomfortable for a bit.

It is, unfortunately; this is a really, really horsefeathers and all too typical pick that does not bode well for the type of admin-...

Also, Garland totally deserves it

Now that the Electoral College doesn't work to the Republican's advantage, they want the Federal government to rule how states should choose their EC voters. Scalise is a piece of horsefeathers.
