Kleptocracy....they let you do it if you're famous. They watch Trump raking in the cash since being elected. The minions just can't themselves.

Was apparently the first sitting congressperson to endorse Trump. Something about draining the swamp must have really spoke to this guy.

wait, I thought Congress was exempt from insider trading laws?

Edit: NVM, I'm guessing he violated the STOCK Act.

How long before Trump realizes that this graph gives some credit to Obama and gets it taken down?

I had this arguement with family this past weekend. They call [expletive] and still give Trump all the credit. My cousin was one of those "If Hillary won I was going to sell the business" horsefeathers. He credits Trump with job stability and a low unemployment rate. I explained every president has statistics that ebb and flow because of the policies put in place by the preceding president, and they said that's [expletive]. They don't want to hear it.

They said he stopped war with North Korea. I argued there wouldn't be a threat of war if he hadnt insulted him publicly. They said that was [expletive]. They said he got them to denuclearize. I showed them a bbc article of the UN report from a day earlier than said they didn't denuclearize. They deflected and said some nonsense about China.

It was a harrowing political discovery for me. I knew my family were Republicans and they disliked Obama because of Obama Care more or less. I didn't realize that my dad, my two uncle's, my mom, my three aunt's, and my two cousins were all MAGA nutjobs. My dad kept antagonizing me about Trump aprospos of nothing. It got heated, I tossed something across the room in anger because of their refusal to listen to facts and constant defelecting around the issues. I stormed off and my Dad yelled "you gonna pick that up?". I said "horsefeathers off and read a newspaper"

It was a great little family reunion.

So, you basically threw a tantrum? That probably fed more into their positions.

We were all throwing tantrums. I got yelled at for having the audacity to provide evidence that Trump did nothing to get Kim Jong Un to denuclearize, so I yelled back. We're a very loving family.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/pol ... 941603002/

Election officials in Franklin County found 688 previously uncounted votes in a Columbus suburb. The result: O'Connor had a net gain of 190 votes, bringing the race's margin down to 1,564.

I'm dying to know how 688 votes got "lost" in the first place.

Balderson is going to win by a narrow margin, Trump is going to crow about it, completely ignoring it was a district that he won by double digits in 2016

1) Make election day a federal holiday.
2) Enact National Popular Vote.

I read something like there was only like 40% turnout for the GOP vs 87% for the Dems. Balderson will likely win in November.

Eyeballing it, I'm pretty sure those numbers are that Balderson got ~40% of Tiberi's total from '16 while O Connor got 87% of Albertson's.

Thats not to say O' Connor wins or should be favored but it's a totally different equation than turnout of registered party members

Dude, use the tweet script already. It was already annoying because you can't quote the tweet as an embed without them, but embedded tweets often end up in limbo thanks to work ad blockers without the script.

Before we give the GOP any credit here, isn't this more about prioritizing which races to spend money on than actually disowning a candidate?

Giuliani told Axios that there are two topics the president's lawyers want to rule out in order to agree to a Trump sit-down with Mueller:

Why Trump fired FBI Director James Comey.
What Trump said to Comey about the investigation of former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

someone should create a twitter bot account that auto generates sentences based off algorithms of his previous tweets
