If they start picking off Dem candidates, just makes it more likely we'll settle on someone without any skeletons (hopefully such a person exists).

Fifty state strategy. Of course they want to take down the Dem nominee, but painting the Left in general as being just as horsefeathers as they are really is all they’ve got left.

Part of the reason native Americans have been so strongly against Elizabeth warren’s ancestry story is because it invites racism such as trump’s constant Pocahontas jabs and today’s wildly racist trail of tears joke.

White people get away with a lot of Native American racism because they target it at fellow whites due to the tendency of people to claim NA heritage based on nothing but family tales.

I fully anticipate his tweet about Kamala getting in the race will mention Cool Runnings

Yea, thats what I get from the article I posted. It was an honest question from me. I've worked with several tribes, low income or senior housing. I've never found them to be vindictive towards me: a white, middle-aged man from the upper midwest with deep ties there. The only thing I ever saw from them was an intense focus on their own community.

In my wildest of fever dreams, Donnie Jr. (even more so than his daddy) going to prison makes me feel the warm & fuzzies. Won't happen, sure, but still.

That prompts Levine to ask the question that evidently hits a nerve. “Will Derek Jeter or another athlete not hit another home run because they’re going to get taxed at 70? What’s the economic behavior that he thinks is anti-growth, other than his own pocket?”

“This is [expletive],” Schmidt exclaims. “I’m not doing this.”

“Steve, you’ve got to answer the questions,” Levine says.

“I’m not,” and with that Schmidt slams down his headset and abruptly ends the interview.

Man, this Northram guy....

Near the beginning of the CBS interview excerpt in an exchange with King, Northam noted that this year is the 400th anniversary of the first “indentured servants from Africa” arriving in Virginia.

King interjects: “Also known as slavery.”

Northam responds, “Yes. While we have made a lot of progress in Virginia — slavery has ended, schools have been desegregated, we have ended the Jim Crow laws, easier access to voting — it is abundantly clear that we still have a lot of work to do,” Northam told King. “And I really think this week raised a level of awareness in the commonwealth and in this country that we haven’t seen, certainly in my lifetime.”

I was curious about this 400th anniversary and found this on the National Parks Website regarding indentured servants and Virginia History. For a racist POS, he knows his Virginia History.

https://www.nps.gov/jame/learn/historyc ... estown.htm

1640 John Punch, a runaway indentured Servant, first documented slave for life.
1662 Slavery was recognized in the statutory law of the colony.

His left hand either has a beer in it or he's checking to see if anyone is watching.

His left hand is visible, so I must be the latter. Unless he's using his thumb to pinch the beer against his bicep to hold it up, in which case he's got mad skillz.

Now I'm confused...that's his right hand on the dugout, correct? Where is his left hand?

I thought we were talking about Frank Robinson, which is why the beer talk confused me. I'll just see myself out of this conversation now...
