That's all the GOP has, isn't it? It's not a matter of Trump' guilt and compliance, its about getting the case thrown out on a technicality or setting a dangerous precedent. Well, Trump is a special case, requiring extraordinary measures be applied right?

Yep. Joe Walsh (former GOP IL Tea Partier, never Trumper ) has been beating the drum that you're not going to find a single Senator that will defend his actions. So hell get off not because he ain't guilty as horsefeathers, but *reasons*.

It's pretty clear that the reason is they are worried about getting primaried by MAGA maniacs (or losing their cushy consulting/lobbying/bookselling chances of they are retiring)

I don't get the primary part so horsefeathers what if some goofball Q, MAGA maniac is going up against them? That'll be in two years as more and more information about the attack on the Capital is leaked, arrests, imprisonment, etc. Making it look more disgusting, disgraceful for any Trump supporter.

The Denver city council surprised me when they made that step. That BIDEN did it is...pretty damn amazing.

Can I just take a moment to brag that I just shoveled my neighbors' walkways? But ONLY so that the next time Ben Sasse's party attempts a mob insurection, he can't lord my lack of compassion over me.

I didn't shovel my neighbors because she's a crazy old hag who threatened to sue me and cussed me out over a lot line dispute. Sorry not sorry. My old neighbors I used to all the time.

That's the one. Pretty sure he defended pedophilia.

Was it that or defending giving pedophiles child pornography so they wouldn't commit pedophilia. Or was that yet another?
