Guys if you aren’t watching Tiger King on Netflix, you are really, really, really missing out. I binged all 7 episodes straight. I couldn’t look away

It’s not hyperbole to state that I’ve never seen such a motley cast of characters in a show before. You’d think it was a mockumentary if you didn’t know any better. Literally every single person on that show is 100% insane.

We just started either 3 or 4, can't remember.

I definitely think Don just made a run for it and is enjoying Pura Vida in Costa Rica (or at least did, maybe he's died since)

Honestly that was probably the worst shot of the show.

Not really. I think most of the nuts in the show legitimately love the animals, misguided as they are.

Re-watching Terriers since it got added on Hulu. Highly recommend, one of the best brilliant but cancelled shows I've ever seen. Only 13 episodes.

Joe Exotic regularly executed animals when they were not profitable.

Most. And I thought they kept most of the terrible treatment implied moreso than shown. I'm also not really an animal person so there may be a lot of stuff that happened that I'm just not very attuned to. My sister said that she could barely watch it.

True, nearly all actual abuse was implied, but that story at the very end about the chimpanzees got me.

The last point, finished watching not long ago, wife and I both agree there's something not genuine about Carol Baskin while discussing the disappearance of Don Lewis. Small meat grinder or not, it should have been checked for human DNA more specifically, that of Don Lewis. Given her past history with men (raped at age 14, parents said she did something to deserve it or some other "Christian" [expletive]) would not be surprised if Don Lewis was not the only victim of Carol Baskin.

On a lighter note watched the season finale of Curb Your Enthusiasm last night, pretty damn funny, J.B. Smoove is awesome. The little things he says here and there after Larry David makes an observation or other comment are hilarious.

Also recently caught up on Curb, the Jon Hamm episode of him turning into Larry was wonderful.
