I have to watch the first two episodes. Isn't Versace played by Ricky Martin?

I just watched the first episode of Waco on Spike(Now Paramount network), seems like the entire cast from Boardwalk Empire is in it.

Martin plays Versace's lover/fluffer. The guy who plays Versace looks familiar but I can't quite place him (he is also quite good).

He looks a lot like Enrico Colantoni (dad on Veronica Mars, Elliot on Just Shoot Me), but it's not him.

I've enjoyed the first two episodes, it's well done. My only real complaint so far is they seem to being doing a ton of time hopping back and forth (which I get for something like this it's probably needed) but it seems like every 10 min they are jumping to before or after the death, I prefer a more linear storyline.

Is anyone else watching Counterpart? It's a cool idea but the first two episodes have been a bit mediocre. The acting has been ok, but the writing is terrible.

It's MIchael Schur's best creation, and that's no small feat.

And the cast is just wonderful.

So, strongly suggest all should watch.

John Mahoney passed away, and I'm more than a little surprised that he was only 77 and that he was British.

If you like heist movies, and don't mind subtitles, you should watch La Casa de Papel on Netflix. It's about a group of people who occupy the mint in Spain. I think enough gets lost in translation(both literally to English and in cultural differences) that it's not quite a work of art, but it's real compelling TV.

Somehow though, counter-intuitive that it is......Ben Wyatt does.

I think the chances of a man-behind-the-curtain bad place reveal are about 1000%

I just finished Altered Carbon on Netflix. It's decent. Good production value. Steals lots of things from Blade Runner and other classic sci-fi movies/TV shows.

Random note: I'm a huge sci-fi fan and I can't wait to see a Dune remake from D. Villenueve. I really enjoyed Blade Runner 2049 and Arrival.
