It's as if you haven't seen the Harold & Kumar trilogy.

Really? Huh, maybe I should give it a shot.

I didn't care for season 2 & figured Pizzolatto might have just blown his wad on the first iteration.

most people would probably still prefer season 1, but it's definitely a return to form. it's definitely nothing like season 2. i just prefer the cast of this season to season 1. even dorff is killing it.

I’m building it up on the DVR to watch in a few weeks when it’s over. I was late to Season 1 and binged it after they had all aired and I plan on doing it with this season. I’m excited, seems like a lot of people are liking it.

speaking of television programs that have been on since the 70s, I accidentally caught the start of NCIS. is literally everything on CBS hot garbage?

I vaguely remember this, but just watched it again (I mean I was working) and it was fun.

https://deadline.com/2019/01/paco-cabez ... 202546317/

A spiritual descendant of the story set in Victorian-era London, the next chapter opens in 1938 Los Angeles; a time and place deeply infused with social and political tension. When a grisly murder shocks the city, a detective is embroiled in an epic story that reflects the rich history of Los Angeles: from the building of the city’s first freeways and its deep traditions of Mexican-American folklore, to the dangerous espionage actions of the Third Reich and the rise of radio evangelism. Penny Dreadful: City of Angels explores an exciting mix of the supernatural and the combustible reality of the period, creating new occult myths and moral dilemmas within a genuine historical backdrop. The new chapter will employ all new characters and storylines.

Logan is the series’ creator, writer and executive producer. Michael Aguilar also executive produces, along with the original’s EPs Sam Mendes and Pippa Harris, both of Neal Street Productions. Logan’s Desert Wolf Productions will produce, and James Bagley will serve as co-executive producer.

Hopefully this time there’s a proper ending rather than whatever happened last time

Russian Doll feels a lot like someone trying to make The Good Place for HBO. It's not as good as The Good Place, but I think it mostly works.

Season 3 of Legion will be its last. Noah Hawley apparently has long said he had a 3 season plan.

Yeah I watched the first episode or two of season 2 and just haven't gotten around to watching the rest of it. I do plan on catching up though....at some point.

Season 1 was better, but yeah, I think the consensus here was that season 2 was still good TV. If you liked the first season I see no reason to stop watching it.
