i have not had this problem. maybe a driver issue?

That's my guess, but I can't find a different/better driver.

Yep. I'm in the same boat with you. I try to keep it about on 5 or at work but occasionally i'll listen to something i'll need to bump the volume up. then i'll go back to spotify and i have to scramble to find the pause button and lower it back down to some minimal level. and the walls in our offices don't reach the ceilings so volume is always a big deal.

There's a meme going around about setting your iPhone back to 1/1/70 for a "surprise". Don't do it, it bricks your phone

For anyone interested, my computer was running pretty slow lately, so I just decided to upgrade because it couldnt be any worse. Initial results are encouraging. My computer actually seems to be running faster than before. Going from 7 to 10 was a little interesting, as it hid a bunch of files I had on my desktop, but so far so good.

Any one have a chrome book and feel strongly pro or con?

I like the idea that they are a cheap option with a keyboard.

Is there an iPhone app that will keep me from constantly typing "n" instead of the space bar?

Considering I generally text in places/situations where talking on the phone is frowned upon...

Yes. Typing on a Samsung Chrome Book right now. I do most of my "real work" work in the office (and take the 5 minute drive to the office when I need to work on the classes I'm teaching as supplementary income) so don't have any sort of expensive laptop/desktop at home. Previously had a "NetBook" (this was probably 3-4 years ago) and had some friends over who spilled beer on it and fried it. It turned out to be the best thing ever. I went to Best Buy and picked up this Chrome Book to answer email, get on the Internet, etc. If that is all you are looking for then it's golden. And, to be fair, you could probably use it for more but I'm just kind of used to my double monitor setup and so I'd prefer to use the university's resources for that. Been at least 3 years and this refurbished model cost me - I believe - less that $300. It works like a charm and couldn't be more happy. Hell, for that price now you probably could have much clearer screen I'd imagine, but it's been really damn reliable for the price and for what I use it for. Couldn't be more happy with the purchase.

So, Microsoft created a Twitter bot that was designed to emulate millennials and the way they speak. It could even edit and caption images on its own. It was designed to learn from twitter and become smarter as it interacted with more people. Instead, within 24 hours, it became a terribly racist, Trump supporter that denied the existence of the Holocaust.

The Cubs’ transaction list under Epstein and Hoyer reads like a work of fiction, a wish-fulfillment list composed in hindsight.
