It depends on what you want it for. I have the 55 inch P series of the same vintage and I'm pumped about it. While it does have HDR, it won't handle blacks and greys and some color as much as a cinephile might want. I'm also not sure how well the E series handles lower res stuff than 1080. My P series isn't the greatest at making 720 and below look great, but I might just have to change the settings a little.
No question that the price is pretty good, assuming the refurbish went well.
