Yeah, I gotta get the season pass before that happens. From the sound of it, there's going to be a lot of DLC for Fallout 4. BGS has pretty much said that they're going to be focused on it for quite a while (iirc, they said they are going to back off TES for the near-mid term). So the $29.99 price looks to be quite a bargain.

I've had Witcher 3 since Xmas (something I'd specifically asked for) and have barely played any of it.

I got about 8 hours in, which were lovely, but then got sidetracked by a new gig. No idea when I'll get back to it. It's just so damned overwhelming half the time.

A student of philosophy, eager to display his powers of argument, approached Diogenes, introduced himself and said, "If it pleases you, sir, let me prove to you that there is no such thing as motion." Whereupon Diogenes immediately got up and left.

Ther'e's also a closed beta of Hitman this weekend, which you can get into by pre-ordering. I refuse to pre-order anymore, but I do love me some Hitman....

I'm hoping to get into the MIrror's Edge Catalyst beta though...whenever that happens.

For Fallout 4 folks - any starting builds you were particularly fond of? I keep changing my mind over here.

Leaning towards something like... S4 P6 E2 C4 I5 A5 L2 or S3 P7 E2 C4 I6 A4 L2

Also, is it true you can add a point to special stats every time you level up?

I don't really have an opinion on starting builds, I didn't put much thought into it (although I probably should have).

But yes, every time you level up you can add a point to any of the main stats or add to a specific category within the individual stats. I am not sure if this is standard within the Fallout franchise as this is the only one I've played.

Yes. Theoretically, you could have all 10's about halfway through the game. But you're drawing those points from the same pool you're drawing points for perks from, and half of the purpose of raising a SPECIAL stat is to gain access the related perks. You get one point per level, and you can choose to use it on a SPECIAL stat or on a perk level (and most perks have 3-5 levels), So pouring all your points into the SPECIAL stats isn't going to get you all that much.

Rise of the Tomb Raider for PC, $17.99 for a steam code through Gamestop.

http://www.gamestop.com/pc/games/rise-o ... der/128202

EDIT: Apparently a lot of ppl that ordered it when the deal first came up got a steam code immediately, but it's been giving a lot of people (me) a message that it's under review and a code will be sent later.

Very awesome.

Playing Rise of the Tomb Raider last night felt a lot like playing Uncharted. Both beautiful, story rich adventure series'. I just wish Uncharted was on PC.
