Are you saying you have the scoop or you're just assuming they make the wrong choice

I'm pretty sure I know who it is.

All over twitter now. It's underwood from ok state. Omg several years of dealing with what I saw yesterday is completely scary.

Dude is a school jumper though, 1 year at OK State and he's gone again

THis is a lateral move. I'll be happy Underwood is gone though.

no, it's not. He's getting paid much more. and Illinois is historically a better program.

Oklahoma State did have the best offense in the nation this year, so that'll be fun to watch at least.

Underwood is a good coach, I was annoyed when Mizzou hired Kim Anderson that they didn't consider him before he did what he did at OSU. He's not likely to turn Illinois into a blue blood that runs roughshod over the Big 10, but that's not likely for any hire you can make, except at about 10 or so schools.

Right, I like the hire. A little surprised at the timing of it though.

Pretty damn quick hire. How many coaches could they have interviewed?

the year before he arrived, OSU ranked 303rd in offense in the ncaa. this year? 6th. That's an incredible transition, and Evans played for OSU under Ford.

Doesn't change the direction of your point, but OSU was also extremely slow tempo in 2015-16. Tempo adjusted offense they went from 153rd to 1st this year w/ Underwood. Dude knows his offense.

I don't think Whitman was interviewing coaches so much as they were interviewing him.

Very excited about Underwood, and very excited it looks like Walker will be staying too.

30-2 on Thursday and Friday
0-2 today

At least I didn't have Nova in the Final Four and this will make things easier for Duke.

Man, someone has to GIF that little Northwestern fan kid soon. That was quite the meltdown (and there is 7 and a half minutes left)

pretty excited about underwood. didn't know much about him when I saw the news, but love everything I've read about him. I'm glad that ok st - michigan game happened on my lunch break yesterday so I got a chance to see his offense in action.
