That dude is an athletic freak of nature. It was a super exciting play, but I was worried at the same time. We don't need another great player tearing their ACL...

The Cavs sure are doing lots of things.

The NBA's competitive landscape may be broken beyond repair, but the video game trades sure are fun.

Cuban telling his players they might as well lose and then bringing it up in an interview doesn't sound very smart for him to do. He may be right, but you can't just say that.

The tank is definitely on. The 10 teams with the current worst records all lost their last game. Of those 10 teams, there is an 8 game losing streak and three 7 game losing streaks. I certainly understand their motivation, but this can't be good for the league as a whole.

Jimmy Butler might have just torn his ACL. If you're an NBA superstar that values his knees, you might not want to play for Tom Thibideaux.

Yeah, non-contact injury and it looked like his knee buckled a bit. That’s not good.

So he didn't tear his ACL fortunately. They listed it as a meniscus injury (whatever that means). Hopefully, Butler won't require season ending surgery. I'm still worried about him because he plays under Thibs...

The anecdotes in this Steve Francis story are incredible. https://www.theplayerstribune.com/steve ... y-to-tell/

A sample:

People probably won’t believe this, but Hakeem was one of the biggest influences on my game when I was a kid. I used to watch his footwork, and I’d imitate him. My crossover? That’s not MJ. That’s not Iverson. That’s Hakeem. Look at my footwork and you’ll see Dream.

And it was funny as hell, because when I got to the Rockets, Dream wasn’t having it.

“Steve.”

“Yeah, Dream?”

“Your dribbling ….”

“What about it, Dream?”

“You’re dribbling too much, Steve.”

“Dream, come …”

“Too much.”

The Voice of God. The fact that I played with him for two years is still crazy to me. I’m sitting next to him on the plane, and I’ve got my big headphones on, Jay-Z blasting.

“Steve.”

“Yeah, Dream?”

“Your music. What is this noise?”

“Come on, Dream.”

“Turn it off, Steve. I am trying to concentrate on the word of God.”

“Dream. horsefeathers. Alright.”

Idiot. Big Baby Davis arrested for selling weed out of a Hampton Inn. It’s 2018, the dude should have been able to just open his own shop.

Lol, I think you could call the defense played by Big Baby Davis as "Sour D".

I hated the guy when he played for the Celtics back in the day. He seemed like an idiot and now it's confirmed.
