Former D1 WR, who transferred to D2 to play QB in college. Has worked with QBs under the Shanahans since 2008. He was the primary mentor for RG3 and Kirk Cousins from their rookie year. Gets a lot of credit for RG3's success early in his career, Cousins' eventual development, Ryan's MVP season (QB coach for Atlanta last year), and now Goff's development as Rams OC.

He's never called plays, so that's where Kubiak comes in (said he would be willing to come back as OC, but cited health for not wanting to be a HC anymore). Though I'm not even worried about his inexperience calling plays.

The Cubs’ transaction list under Epstein and Hoyer reads like a work of fiction, a wish-fulfillment list composed in hindsight.

Chuck Pagano would be an interesting DC, assuming he gets fired as Colts HC.
