I missed this earlier but Watson plus the draft picks used to move up is looking like the better move than trading up to get Trubisky.
Meh. I’ll take the QB with 2 less ACL tears right now. Maybe that changes in the future. And if Trubisky turns out to be an all-Pro QB I really don’t care about what the Bears gave up to get him.
I like what I’ve seen some Mitch enough that watching other QB options like Watson and Jimmy G do well doesn’t bother me. IF* we get the right coaching in here to develop Mitch properly I think he’s our guy for the next decade.
