NFL Week 5

Postby Brian » Sun Oct 07, 2018 8:32 pm

Made this thread just to laugh at the fact that the Browns are real close to having 2 ties 5 weeks into the season.

edit: and they get the W with 2 seconds to spare

Damn, if Fuller just hangs onto that INT, the Bears are 4-0 and the Packers are 1-3-1

Also, will a kicker have a worse day than Mason Crosby this year? 1/5 on FG's, 0/1 on PAT

3 ties. They nearly tied the Raiders last week also. And the Saints game they missed a FG that would have sent it to OT.

They’re also a missed FG (I know Pitt missed one earlier in OT as well) and a blown call by the officials away from being 4-1.

3 in a row for the Lions over the Packers, watched most of the game yesterday, Rodgers fumbled twice, lost one, came close to throwing a pick. Overall, despite throwing for 400+ yards, looked less than an awesome Super QB, was waiting for him to come up with a spectacular 4th quarter comeback never happened. Maybe, these days, he saves that only for the Bears. It would be great to see the Bears beat him and Packers down in December, based upon what I saw yesterday coupled with an improving Bears team, I think there's a chance.
