Let's be honest - they did not call the TO in time.

Nothing is fine obviously but they’ve bought themselves another week to figure out how to be good again.

Reminds me a little of the 01-02 Bears except that the 01 Bears defense was definitely more of a fluke than the 18-19 one is

It wasn't roughing the passer, either.

We got screwed on a couple calls. That’s a pretty big win. Good to see Mitch make a play and the kicker was nails.

Yeah I definitely don’t think they did and probably a bad play by whatever defender touched him down (I think? I forget if “giving yourself up” to be down is a thing)

Nagy is definitely broke except on the one thing that we joked broke him. That turned out great.

So I wanted 15 QBs in rookie mini camp next year.

anyone feeling more rather than less encouraged after this win is almost like alien to me

this team looks just atrocious on offense.

It is a thing. As soon as Robinson purposely goes down a timeout can go into effect. Which was 100% being called off screen by Mitch and Nagy. When Mitch comes into the picture isn’t the first time asking for time.

They’re regressing because Pace drafted the wrong QB

Also, can anyone explain why a delay of game penalty, followed by an offsides penalty leads to a 2 point conversion attempt from the 1? Shouldn’t the offsides have negated the first penalty leading to a 2 point conversion try from the 2? Or could it have been half the distance from the goal, thus a 2 point try from the 3.5 yard line?

Very confused how offsetting penalties ultimately benefit the Broncos?

Thought I heard that you can choose to go back to the original spot at the 2 or go back to the kick location for two point conversions or something like that.

Two-point conversion is from the 2. PAT from like the 15 or something like that. So, when they got the offsides they decided to go for 2 from half the distance to the goalline (AKA the 1), instead of the PAT from the 10.

It still doesn’t make sense to me. The 2 point conversion attempt would have been from the 7 after the Broncos penalty or 20 if they go for one. The Bears commit a 5 yard penalty, so that would mean either a 2 point try from the 2 again, or if it’s half the distance to the goal since the penalty occurred inside the 10 yard line than it would be a try from 3.5 yards out. Not sure why regular football rules wouldn’t apply here even if it’s a special play
