Tannehill's coming off the best ten games or so of his career, but he's been a decent QB for a while before that

The NFLPA narrowly approved the new CBA, so 17 games start in '21, and 14 playoff teams start this year.

The owners are smart. They upped the minimum salary by a pittance to basically bribe the poorer players with this terrible-ass deal.

There's been internet whispers about OBJ but :dontknow:

This guy is saying good things, quick search confirmed that this Joe Douglas guy is the latest/current GM of the Jets:

Looks like Glasnow at C and Conklin at RT are the FA dreams for...Joe Douglas, sounds good

Conklin and Austin Hooper signing to play with the fidget QB in Cleveland

Oh and another All Pro got traded...Buckner to the Colts for their first, he got extended...I'm pretty amazed at how cheap prime aged stars in the NFL are...Conklin's deal is 3/42 with almost half coming in year one and he's a 26 YO OT...I just saw one tweet commenting on Buckner's extension and figure all the media schills are patting their owners' backs pretty hard for this big spree

----

No Glasnow or Conklin, good start JD...looking forward to an efficently salaried roster that effectively uses the NCAA pipeline and rookie deals to stay away from those pesky 26 year old FAs alluvasudden looking for a payday rather than being grateful

----

Maybe I do like this Joe Douglas! George Fant is a no name FA signing I can get behind, 27 YO freak athlete with LT tools who broke into the league and stuck with a perrenial playoff contender as a UDFA...played more basketball than football in college...I'd tier him with Glasnow as a FA and much prefer spending on a T than a C. Supposedly they're going after Kyle Van Noy too, he's a nice player I've liked since his draft season that pretty much no one knows exists in the NFL still

----

Good move by the Dolphins to sign Barrett from the Bills...Bills have such a loaded team, Diggs is a good get. It's going to be almost sad what Josh Allen does to that roster, already has really, it's like a much quieter version of Mitch ruining the Bears' window

Yesterday but still relevant enough to discuss. Bills seeing their chance with the Pats QB situation uncertain.

Just hadn't seen anyone mention it. It makes sense from the Bill's perspective. Why are the Vikes extending Cousins while trading away their best WR for draft picks? The haul isn't bad, but unless there are more movers after this to get another top notch WR, this move by itself makes little sense.

Lukewarm take: the Bucs pass for less yards and TDs under Brady than under Winston.
