Those games are permitted to continue due to the testing protocols in place.
Michigan won't be the last state to issue directives like this.

Brees out with a rib injury. It’s Famous Jameis time in NOLA. They’re going to beat the 49ers, but we’re going to see how this goes. They’ve got ATL and Denver the next two weeks.
Knowing Sean Payton, he’s going to install a deep route passing game this coming week.

And how does this affect Week 12 of the College football season?

Was expected due to the 14 day contact tracing rule. Since one of the Aggie players tested positive, everyone who was sitting within 15 feet of him on their flight back from Carolina got contract traced, which was like 16 players. So because of the 14 day protocol they were going to lose two games no matter what

So rich he had to steal crab legs from the grocery store.

Important to keep in mind though that these cancellations are only happening because of testing protocols. So they don’t really count as cancelled for COVID.

Clemson vs FSU postponed on 3 hours notice. Statement says medical staffs for the teams were unable to agree on moving forward with the game (not sure what exactly that means).

Guess Jersey is sleeping in. I won’t believe it until he posts mustache man’s tweet about it.

Re: College Football - Week 12 (Nov. 21)
IU should be hanging in this. Dropped pass on 4th down that would have put them in the redzone. Fumbled in the redzone and a subsequent 93 yard drive allowed.
Defense was doing its part after the first drive, but been on the field way too long.
