Glad I ignored the strangers on the internet and picked up Taysom in fantasy anyway.

Well, Payton has been saying for 3 years now that he envisions Hill as a future NFL starter. So I guess he may as well start the experiment now.

Color me shocked at this move. So, if Taysom gets hurt, that means we have one healthy QB on the roster? Does that mean that Payton is going to curb some of Taysom's designed running plays (percentage of his snaps anyway), which is the thing that makes him so valuable in the first place? I don't get it, but who knows with Sean Payton. I guess once and for all, the Taysom Hill is the future debate will finally be settled, one way or the other.
BTW, in Training Camp, the Saints were practicing quite a few plays with Kamara at the Wildcat. Supposedly he can really throw.

Turns out Brees actually has 11 broken ribs. So the dude led a 5 play touchdown drive (all places) in 30 seconds with 11 broken ribs and a collapsed lung. Yikes.

So is he out for the season? That sounds serious enough not to mess around with by trying to soldier through until fully healed.

They say only out 3 weeks. We’ll see.

Re: NFL Week 11
Apparently, Sean Payton has decided the best way to begin Taysom Hill’s s first start is to pass every down and ignore Kamara. Awesome.

Yeah, news alert, Payton knows more about football than we do. Taysom looks better every drive. Still, the defense is lights out...again.

Carolina has one of the worst defenses in the league and just shut out Detroit. Just for fun, they did it with their backup QB. Just for more fun, the Lions jumped offsides twice in a row to clinch the game.
Poor Lions fans.

Poor Lions fans.
I follow a lot of Lions fans on Twitter. They have achieved an enviable level of apathy. They want Patricia gone bad.

Zero confidence their next hire will be any better.

I’ve never seen a team bungle a sure win with penalties like Indy just did. That’s saying something as a Bear fan. Still not over but holy hell that was a total horsefeathers show.
