Cubs sign Carlos Asuaje
Re: Cubs sign Carlos Asuaje
In a sane world, this us simply a guy to push on Kemp and Descalso, with the idea being that there is one bench spot available that the three of them are competing for (maybe two while Nico opens the year in the minors?). But who horsefeathering knows at this point.

The Cubs are doing a solid impression of the Hawks trajectory, minus two championships.
The highlight of my sports year was the 6-7 Illini Football team.

This is a solid depth signing but it's again like our biggest offensive acquisition so horsefeathers us right

And yet, for some reason, I'll still be really annoyed when I won't get Marquee to be able to watch this guy lead off on opening day

Kemp, Descalso, Almora and this horsefeathers are all going to be on the opening day roster, aren’t they?

During a "Not For Women Only" panel discussion, former Cubs pitcher Mike Bielecki asked several players to invent a baseball catch phrase for Viagra. Theriot's ad campaign: "Viagra -- I always play hard."

Good to know Theo can still sign his top off-season Target when he wants to.
