HR for Jose Gutierrez, hitting leadoff and playing LF during his SB debut
All I ask of Theo and friends is that one of these switch hitters becomes the next Beltran, Lindor, Ramirez, Murray, Berkman, Almora, Mantle, Jones, Bernie Williams, Zobrist...Someone in that range

one of these things is not like the others, in more ways than one.

Re: Minor League Discussion & Boxes, 8-5-18
4 Ks in a row for Faustino before giving up his first hit in the third
Finished with 7 Ks in 4.2. He's at 43.1 IP, 38 Ks, 3HRs, 38 Hs, 14 BBS, 17 Rs (16 ERs), should easily be in South Bend's 2019 rotation.
Luis Vazquez is hitting below .200 and striking out more, though he still has strong Isos, some speed, plays SS, is 18, and isn't yet burying himself in Ks. Starting SS at SB next year or repeating Eugene? I don't hate his chances to hit a little in South Bend, including some XBHs.

Carlos Ocampo in the midst of a pro best outing...3 walkless, shutout innings with 4 Ks.
Alexander Guerra hit a grand slam for the AZL Cubs....Velazquez and Vazquez key in an Emeralds rally, the former also shifting to CF
