Christmas should be the fourth Friday of December instead of December 25

Yes, making Christmas always on a Friday is sure to stop the problem of having to work the day before.

So during a time where there may be loads of cards on a street, you can't park across the street from a driveway?

Well yeah, if there's no other choice, then you have to do what you have to do. I'll clarify my pet peeve is that we have folks do that near us year round, in a small neighborhood with other, not-across-from-a-driveway spots available.

Yeah, I was. It's a wide street though, with room for parking on both sides of the street. I guess I never really thought about that as being a problem, since it's a legal parking spot. Out of curiosity, why is it a pet peeve? It doesn't seem like it should take that much room to back out.
