Re: Minor League Discussion & Boxes, 4-16-19
Jonathan Sierra’s 1/3 with a double. He’s hitting .300 with a <10% K rate which would be most cool if there was any power behind it. The double is his second XBH of the season, also a double
While no one’s really breaking out in a big way it seems Ademan, Sierra, and Velazquez are holding up in full season ball. The Cubs should probably trade for an OF, SP, and RP so it would be nice if everyone had a strong first half at least
Edit: He done added a HR, which should pretty up his line through 44 PAs

I'm really hoping that K rate reduction is legit. Obviously not "under 10% legit", but if he could be around 15%? That would be impressive. Then the coaches just need to find a way to tap into the above average raw power.
